to Subsidiary Model


Fountain Valley, Calif. (March 21, 2017) – United Sports Brands, a leading provider of athletic performance and protective gear, announced today the completion of its transition in Canada from a distributor model to a subsidiary business structure. Under general manager Doug Hayes’ leadership, all brands including Shock Doctor, McDavid, Cutters and Nathan sales representatives will work directly with United Sports Brands’ Canadian retail partners from its USB subsidiary in Canada.



Headquartered in Ontario, Canada, the new fully functioning Canadian USB subsidiary will directly support its retail partners via its 3PL partner, McKenna Logistics, in addition to a Canadian support team and customer service call center.
